Puff
Why go plain when you can go bold? Enhance your tees to make them stand out from the crowd. From standard inks to appliques, Melmarc has a variety of embellishments that will have lasting impact on your design.
Puff is a special additive to our plastisol ink. The Inks are then screen printed as normal and cured through a conveyor dryer. During the curing process the ink react to the heat and “puff up” this creates a raised or 3d effect on the shirt. Screen printing with puff ink can add a nice 3d pop to your items.
Most art types will work. Best if used in solid art areas will not lend itself to halftones and distressed art.
100% cotton Lights and Darks O.K. try to avoid graphics that have synthetic fibers such as Poly- Nylon, color sublimation will occur on these substrates. Do not dry clean or Bleach.
